Who we are
Hanif AI Voice builds AI receptionist and automation systems for HVAC companies. We are a small, focused team working with contractors across the United States, and we deliberately stay inside one trade instead of spreading across twenty.

Why HVAC
Because HVAC has the sharpest version of the problem. The calls are urgent, the tickets are large, the season decides the year, and the person best qualified to answer the phone is on a roof. A generic answering service cannot triage a short-cycling furnace or quote a diagnostic fee. Building for one trade means the knowledge is in the system, not in a script someone reads badly.
From the founder
I started out in AI automation without a niche, and I could see where that ends up: a jack of all trades building clever systems for businesses nobody understands properly. So I narrowed down. I looked at roofers, plumbers, electricians — and chose HVAC, because HVAC suffers the most from a missed call.
When a roof needs a repair it can wait a day. When there is no cooling in a heatwave or no heat in a freeze, it is urgent and sometimes dangerous, and the homeowner calls until somebody answers. HVAC customers also come back for years — maintenance, repairs, and eventually a replacement system. And the reason those calls get missed is not neglect: the owner and the techs are on a job, hands full, phone ringing in a truck.
What bothered me most was the double loss. An HVAC company pays for advertising to make the phone ring, then loses both the job and the money it spent to get the call, while a competitor picks up the revenue simply because they answered. I wanted to build an affordable, reliable way to stop that happening while you are already working.
